MALLORY NOWAK

Mallory Nowak is a Functional Nutritionist and proud founder of The Type 2 Transformation Program. In 2013, she received a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition & Food Science from California State University, Sacramento before continuing her education in 2017 to become a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP) through the Nutritional Therapy Association.
Mallory helps people repair their blood sugar and A1C naturally inside her 12-week online course, The Type 2 Transformation Program, which was launched in May of 2021. Members of her program regularly celebrate A1C results in the non-diabetic range while doctors happily reduce or eliminate their medications!
As a self-proclaimed lifelong learner, Mallory’s work fulfills her greatest passion: educating, supporting and empowering the community she has fostered toward optimal health.
Through The Type 2 Transformation Program, community engagements and free resources, Mallory shares effective strategies to reverse diabetes backed by quality science.

Katie is a passionate Functional Nutritionist (FNTP), the founder of KBH KIDS, and a dedicated health coach in The Type 2 Transformation Program. With a background as a Speech-Language Pathologist, Katie has always been driven by her mission to empower families and individuals to embrace vibrant, healthy lives.
Her philosophy is simple: Everyone deserves to live their best life without feeling held back by health challenges. Katie is committed to ensuring no one has to miss out on the joys of life—whether it’s savoring favorite foods or making memories with loved ones.
Katie lives in Nashville, Tennessee with her loving husband and two young children. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find Katie and her family exploring local parks, strolling the neighborhood or indulging in good food at their favorite local restaurants.
